Kubernetes + Docker

It’s container month this monday.
As usual, our meeting will be held at  420 Rue Guy at Centre Cloud.ca. Food & beverages will be sponsored by Lightspeed POS.  Big thanks to both!
Our presentations:
Main presentation will be an introduction to Kubernetes, by Simon Plourde.
Containers are really nice, but to really get an advantage for their uses you need a tool to orchestrate their deploiement and life cycles. That is exactly what Kubernetes is doing.
This tool created by Google take care of distributing your workload in containers running accross your infrastructure. Simon Plourde will presents what this tool can do to help you manage your services in containers.
Still in the container theme, Pierre-Luc Dion will talk about the challenges that you can meet when porting complex applications to Docker.
